• A $450,000 piano painted by Damien Hirst auctioned at MOCA 30th anniversary event

    moca-damien-hirst-piano.jpg The Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA) in Los Angeles recently celebrated its 30th anniversary. The celebratory event held over the weekend was attended by famous stars like Pharrell Williams and Japanese superflat master Takashi Murakami. It was also the first time ever that the museums entire collection was showcased at an event. There was also a special performance by Lady Gaga who played a Damien Hirst-painted piano that was later auctioned off for $450,000! One gala event, the celebrations will definitely not be forgotten for long.
