Encrusted with forty-nine diamonds, a bottle of sparkling wine is getting ready to be auctioned off on the twenty-second of January 2007. The Austrian company that produced it will donate all the proceeds to a charity organization. Kattus Hochriegel, the diamond studded bottle is topped up with a sparkling wine from the year 2004. Ernst Polsterer-Kattus and his wife Maria who own the Vienna base company say that the whole package is worth about €10,000 (US$13,200). After thirty-eight hours of labor, a Vienna base jeweler glued all the diamonds onto the bottle and made it ready for auction.
