Does your luxurious mansion boast of an uber-luxe kiddie playroom? Florida’s Jade Ocean building lures families hunting for a deluxe pad with the most luxurious playroom for children. Mini versions of Philippe Starck ghost chairs and a mini Alfa Romeo are just a few of the features that will make your kids go down on their knees to reside at such a unit. This extravagant amenity is put up by Florida’s high-design children’s store Genius Jones. To please the adults too, the 50-story condo tower boasts of an infinity-edge pool, an ultra-chic fitness center/health club with Technogym fitness technology; a resident only beach club with cabanas, and media and community rooms. The designers have teamed up with Fendi Casa for well-designed public spaces. A six-story waterfall greets the residents and guests at the building’s entrance only.
