Genesis Puntarenas, World’s largest penthouse soon in Costa Rica by Caspi

Genesis_Puntarenas.jpg The Genesis Puntarenas worth $120 million is Costa Rica’s first all-glass multifamily residential building by Caspi. This building will also have the world’s largest penthouse, extensive 68,459-square-foot. The main highlights of the penthouse would be ten bedrooms, swimming pool, a private helipad and tennis court. The penthouse and the building’s 47 other living units are defined by their floor-to-ceiling retractable glass walls and expansive private all-glass terraces, which will allow homeowners to incorporate the country’s lush landscape into their living space. Each unit is priced from $473,000 to $3.3 million.

Genesis Puntarenas is expected to be completed by around the middle of 2010. The penthouse will be located in the Pacific Coast city of Puntarenas which is close to the capital city of San Jose. The units will have world class luxuries including marble floors, quartz countertops and branded stainless steel appliances. Among other premium amenities they will also offer residents a bi-level fitness center, lounge, wine cellar, cigar parlor, an infinity pool with a swim-up bar, as well as an on-site restaurant and business center.
