Most expensive home of 2009 sells for $43 million in Aspen

expensive_home_of_2009.jpg We have the result for the most expensive single home to be sold in the U.S. in 2009. This residence in Aspen was bought from Joshua & Co for a staggering $43 million. This property is a 25,000-square-foot mansion, which sits on 4.5 and comes with 11 bedrooms, including the guest house. There are 15 bathrooms, a gym, four powder rooms, a wine cellar and a pool. So I suppose the price is justified. It seems that famous hotels in Aspen are valued at as much as this home cost. Obviously, everything found here is of the highest quality. Whoever bought it is surely a lucky man and will be a happy camper.
