• Paradise Cove: The most expensive trailer park in America with residents like Pamela Anderson

trailer_park_in_America.jpg The point of a trailer park is because you can't afford somewhere better and posh or so I thought until I stumbled upon this gem. This luxury trailer park in the the Paradise Cove are of Malibu is a completely ironic. The plot has mobile houses that are homes of stars like Pamela Anderson and Minnie Driver. It's also very close to local attractions and offers stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Paradise Cove is definitely a hot selling property having made a dozen sales for over $1 million in just three years. The units range from custom built homes at over $2 million to more rundown trailer homes which start at $350,000. This makes it the most expensive trailer park in America.

The sales are handled by realtor David Carter and he says, “It is the most affordable housing in Malibu and people are prepared to pay this kind of money because of the access to the beautiful beach. It is a good investment if you want to spend a lot of time at the location and, despite the housing slump, prices have continued to rise steadily at Paradise Cove."

It has a lot of amenities like a guard house, a small clubhouse, an RV storage area, a playground for children plus tennis and basketball courts too. One of the best attractions is the Paradise Cove Beach Café right on their own doorstep. Often, you will see big names like Cher, Val Kilmer, Helen Hunt and Courteney Cox here. I think with neighbours and facilities that are truly five star, this totally redefines the idea of a trailer park.
