Designer Dinesh Doshi is intent on keeping the Z10 Tower in the limelight of cutting edge technology. It is a seven star hotel, luxury residential apartments, and satellite offices all in one place. The Z10 towers are not only stunning, but they are noticeable for miles. The main towers are backed with a group of six complexes consisting of high-end living, providing its residents with their own elevators/party terraces, pools and Jacuzzis for private use and all this while enjoying the calming effect of the Persian Gulf. A counter balanced foundation is the need of these angled towers. Diamond shaped glazing thermally protects the outer skins of the building. This increases the magnificence of the building and allows 360 degrees views.
