Karl Lagerfeld’s wax statue unveiled in Germany

Karl Lagerfeld is all over Luxurylaunches for his designs, be it mega projects like revamping a hotel, designing VIP helicopters or a Dottling safe. Watch him travel with a mountain of luggage and fly high by hosting a Chanel fashion show on a runaway that was designed as an aircraft. Finally, the renowned German fashion designer has been an object of design for another artist. He has been immortalized at the Panoptikum museum in Hamburg, Germany. Sculptor Saskia Ruth and her team took almost a year to shape the fashion guru’s life-size wax statue. Watch out for the snowy white ponytail and his well-fitted black suit, along with his signature jewelry.
