You don’t need to believe me, but the annual richest American rankings, the Forbes 400 has confirmed the fact: 26 year old Mark Zuckerberg valued at $6.9 billion this year has made it to no. 35 on the list. But that’s not the half of it; the bigger shocker is that he has managed to beat the likes of Steve “Apple” Jobs who is placed at no. 42 with a $6.1 billion valuation.
On paper, his company is valued at as much as $23 billion, three times the $7 billion valuations of 2009. And like all big daddy of the business, Zuckerberg is also walking the road of philanthropy by donating $100 million to Newark, N.J. schools, reports the Wall Street Journal. More reason for me to spend more time on FB!
