Cosimo Cavallaro gets cheesy with his chair
Cosimo Cavallaro is pretty famous for making Jesus in chocolate. This time around he has another rather novel but strange idea of a chair covered in cheese! This idea struck him while dining at Amici Mei, at West Broadway and Houston when the owner told him that he could use some paintings of wine and cheese for his decor. To the owner's surprise, Cosimo offered to cover the inside of the restaurant in cheese. Thankfully, the owner said he'd pass. But Cavallaro wasn't disheartened; he went home and covered his chair in cheese. The effect is rather messy. I mean I like cheese on everything, except furniture. This just looks like a big nacho shaped chair covered in cheese.
