Forever… of plastic and gold

GoldenGlory2.jpg These are some pretty cool plastic objects that have been shaped up a bit better and coated in a sheath of gold. The coating isn't jus a mere slim film of the precious metal but it is a whole 23.75 karats of gold. BCXSY, Eindhoven based project has made a collage of some rather useless plastic products that have been given this golden touch. These products have been re-arranged by the duo “in unique and numbered (one-off) compositions”. This, they claim, gives identity to the otherwise meaningless products. Whatever be the ultimate motive of these guys, you have to agree that the Forever collage looks like a collection of some rather ancient handycrafts.

These Forever products have been immortalized from some rather dumb plastic waste products. The BCXSY team comprises of Boaz Cohen and Sayaka Yamamoto.
