Shoe-shaped chair and table

The wackiest concept for your living room! Shoes are supposed to be kept out side your homes (in many cultures) or in a shoe-rack if in the house. But it’s ridiculous to even think of sitting on a shoe or placing your cuppa coffee on anything shoey. Well some students beg to differ on this and have designed a shoe shaped chair and table. Dubbed as 'Take It Off', a group of Hongik University students presented running shoes-shape chair at Korea Int'l Furniture & interior Fair 2006.

The chair is white in color adorned with pink lace. While two colorful shoes (upside down) are joined together to make a stool and their soles serve as the top. They are not actual shoes but boot-shoe shaped furniture made of some stuff. There is no substantial information on them yet.
