The Cero Stool is trendy and hip
Furniture! It excites me, because I keep coming up with these fun new ideas for my future dream house. The Cero Stool created by Australian designer Brian Steendÿk has caught my fancy. I love the glossy look of the stools and the bright reds and greens they are painted in. The material used for them is fibre glass. According to Brian Steendÿk, "The streamlined styling of Cero references our busy ‘jet age’ lifestyles and stylistically the cowling of a jet engine. The external form of the Cero is a distinct circular donut with its associated void, and is both aesthetically pleasing and structurally innovative. The unique nibble in the top of the chair has been ergonomically designed to encourage good posture by tilting the pelvis forward to help transfer the weight of the head and torso to the bones of the pelvis and hip." So not only are they hip, they are good for the hip too.
I cant see myself relaxing on one the Cero Stools, but I can put them out on the patio or balcony of my dream house. Sit on them for a quick coffee break from my constant blogging!
