$1.3 billion IPO by Jimmy Choo in Hong Kong


Luxury shoemaker Jimmy Choo is on its heels in going public by attracting bidders with a $1.3 billion initial public offering in Hong Kong. Its buyout firm TowerBrook Capital Partners has made a move. It is reported that private equity group TPG Capital, US clothing maker Jones Group, and a consortium of Bahrain-based Investcorp and Germany’s Labelux as bidders for the auction’s second round to be held mid-May.
