Audio-Technica limited edition headphones rolled out to commemorate 50th anniversary


In commemoration of its 50th anniversary, Audio-Technica has pulled the veil off its limited-edition ATH-W3000ANV headphones. And yes, being a limited edition piece of audio equipment with just 2,000 ever seeing the light of the day, each of these will cost a whopping $1,400! Made from Asada Hokkaido Cherry wood with an Echizen traditional Japanese lacquer finish, these headphones are a treat for the senses indeed and use high-quality lambskin ear pads handcrafted to perfect in Spain! To be launched on the 17th of April 2012, on the 50th anniversary of Audio-Technica, these are one the most expensive headphones we’ve come across to date!
