Cineversum brings us the BlackWing One 1080p digital video projector which is extremely hot. It has three 0.6-inch LCoS panels and comes pre-calibrated for optimal performance. Already sounds fabulous, but there is more. The other features include a 15,000:1 contrast ratio, 1,400 ANSI lumens, and two HDMI 1.3 sockets and an RS-232 control port. Something that attracts attention to this project is the "futuristic deep metallic-black ABS plastic chassis" designed by France's own Antoine Béon. That's something that looks really good. America will be treated to Cineversum's Blackwing One 1080p digital projector in mid December and it is priced at $6,500. If you don't mind spending a few extra bucks, you can have it in a shade of your choice.
