• Gold Nintendo World Championships Cartridge sells for $17,500

gold_cartridge.jpg These are crunch times. But JJ Hendricks has actually spend $17,500 for a single video game. If you are wondering what kind of a special game it is and if it's made out of gold? Yes it is. This avid games collector bought a gold Nintendo World Championships cartridge that was originally listed for $25,000 on eBay. Of course, it isn't real gold we are talking about, just some shiny paint. Only 26 were ever made and it is definitely the most expensive and exclusive game up for grabs on the open market. I suppose, Hendricks lucked out with this price seeing as how the original price tag was much heavier. I wonder how much fun it must be to play something so expensive!
