Samsung's new Luxia TV series seen at CES

samsung-luxia.jpg The CES 2009 has seen some brilliant stuff and Samsung has contributed to it. It's new TV range called Luxia is certainly hot. The 6000, 7000 and 8000 OLED backlight series rolled out offer "full ranges of natural colors and crystal clear detail". And what's more? These babies are even eco friendly. 6000 series is very basic measuring 1 inch thick and come with a TV tuner, four HDMI ports and also access to Samsung's InfoLink RSS service. Pretty neat in my opinion, especially since they use 40% less power than the usual LED's. Next up is the 7000 series. They are "fully interactive web based HDTV". The 8000 series is the most impressive of the lot. It appears smaller and sleeker and delivers 240Hz refresh rate. samsung-luxia2.jpg samsung-luxia3.jpg samsung-luxia4.jpg
