Anything mini catches the fancy of many. Be it a computer or a phone or a camera or a tree or even a kitten. That is why I know this little computer is going to be an instant hit even if it costs as much as three computers. The computer is as compact as an Apple in size, not that this is very surprising given the advancement in technology. Still, it looks super cute. With a 300MHz processor, 64MB of DDR RAM and a 1GB CompactFlash Card, the Space Cube isn't particularly going to impress all the nerds and geeks community apart from being eye candy. Oh wait, I just looked at the ports and this is something that will catch the attention of the previously mentioned community. SP Outs, Mic Ins, Ethernet ports, VGA support, USB port, speaker plug, etc. are some of the ports you can expect here. But the really special one is the 'Space Wire' port, which is a type of proprietary interface, used by theESA, NASA and JAXA when the Cube actually goes into space. The allure of anything related to space makes the cube extra special.

Who wouldn't want to own the cute little Space cube? Till you glance at its price that is. It prices at a whopping $2,769. Such a big price for a little machine! Does this mean the smaller a device gets, the bigger its price will?
