Ezio luxury sofa in carbon fiber and steel
Our idea of a luxury sofa is a horizontally puffed planks that sink in when we sit on them. Italian designer Andrea Scarpellini has made an attempt to change that perspective with her luxury concept sofa inspired by Origami, trapeze and calipers. The design of the sofa embodies hollow frames of skin, carbon fibers and steel crossing/folding over each other analogous to the art of Origami. Ezio luxury sofa is currently in its concept stage.
