Roast your coffee with your computer
I can't function like a normal human being with my morning cup of coffee. I absolutely need it. You can say that coffee is my cocaine. That is the reason why anything related to coffee peaks my attention. There have been computer controlled Coffee Roasters before, but none as elaborate as this one. This one might not be the pioneer, but certainly rises the bar. The roaster has a Fuji PXR4 that can be connected to a laptop or computer via USB. Now a little for the mechanics. "A fan inside the roaster controls the roasting process. The roasting chamber itself uses two tubes, one made of bakelite and the other a 3-inch diameter glass tube. To prevent damaging the setup and to allow for heat dissipation, this amazing Computer-Controlled Coffee Roaster uses a high temperature RTV (Room Temperature Vulcanizing) Silicone. A screen at the bottom of the device can be used to empty the roaster and get freshly roasted beans at any time."
Now that we have that outta the way, I can say that I like the sound of this computer controlled Coffee Roaster. Might put it on my wishlist.
