Christened, the Best Friends Pet Resort, it spreads over 50,000-square-feet and is located across from the Port Orleans Resort. Your pet is sure to feel pampered in the resorts many air-conditioned rooms, VIP suites and private outdoor yards. The pet resort also offers a variety of services for your pet, including one-on-one play times, social playgroup, and ice cream time.
A doggy’s paradise, the resort even boasts of a dog park along with a 3,300 square-foot area covered in artificial turf, a 4,500 square-foot area with shade trees. That’s not all, for ultimate indulgence; there is also a 1,300 square-foot “canines only” water park.
As for the felines, the resort has a special “Kitty City” pavilion. The resort has even made special facilities for smaller pets such as hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, rabbits, and ferrets. So while you take on the sights and rides at the Walt Disney World, your pets can indulge in a much deserved luxury holiday.
