• Fine Dining is an Underwater experience at the Ithaa, Hilton Maldives

    We have heard of dining under the stars, dining mid-air but I think this will be one of the most memorable experience on can have; dining underwater. The Hilton Maldives Resort & Spa's restaurant Ithaa is a good five meters below the Indian Ocean. It's surrounded by a vibrant coral reef and the clear acrylic, offers diners a 270 degrees of the ocean life drifting by. The menu offers a fine blend of western food items with a Maldivian flavor. I sure would like to try some.

    A dinner at the Ithaa costs about $187 to $220, Ironically you will be eating the same fishes which you will be admiring through the glass walls.
