Prince Alwaleed bin Talal has been up to some selling recently. He happens to be the head of Saudi Arabia's Kingdom Holding which has sold its 50 percent stake in the exclusive and very luxurious Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva. The money brought in by this deal to Kingdom Holdings is about $60 million. This hotel was bought by them 2003 and later a 50 percent stake was sold to Britain-based Cedar Capital Partners in 2005. Apparently, this is part of the daily happenings in the hotel business.
