Largest Embassy Suites in the world at Garden Grove by 2010
Three years from now, Embassy Suites in Garden Grove will become the largest Embassy Suites in the world with a brand new 17-story hotel tower. The new tower will also be the tallest building in Garden Grove’s resort area on the Harbor Corridor, and it will be among the tallest in all of the Disney area. Developer Landmark Hospitality LLC proposed building the addition with 238 rooms and about 50,000 square feet of banquet and meeting space. Embassy Suites is part of the city-designated InternationalWest resort area on Harbor Boulevard where city officials envision shops, restaurants, more hotels and possibly a theme park.
The new tower is expected to be completed in 2010.
