Luxury W Hollywood Hotel and Residences to open at Hollywood
The world-famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine is all set to get a new luxury hotel. The project named W Hollywood Hotel and Residences is designed by HKS and will include a 300-room hotel, 144 luxury condominiums and over 40,000 sq ft of street-level retail. The project will also include an MTA transit plaza, an upscale signature restaurant and nationally recognized bar, spa, roof-top pool and fitness facility. The hotel will be designed to reflect the glamorous Hollywood lifestyle. Elements like the silver screen, re-interpreted as a crisp and clean glass façade, will open and reveal itself as the gateway to Hollywood. And of course, in true Hollywood style, there will be a red carpet that will beckon one and all to enter this luxurious plaza.
