Porsche Design Studio raises a toast to Private Bar from Johnnie Walker Blue Label Collection

A Porsche is sure to make heads turn and is an ultimate style symbol. You can now add a dash of Porsche style to your bar. Porsche Design Studio has teamed up with celebrated whiskey brand Johnnie Walker to bring out the Johnnie Walker Blue Label Collection. The collection consists of three items, which amply reflect the Porsche style, with the exterior of brushed titanium and the interior lined with blue leather. First up is the Chiller, which holds one square bottle of Johnnie Walker’s finest blend with a top, which can be turned into an ice bucket. A slightly bigger version is the Cube that holds one numbered bottle and four crystal tumblers, and a set of stainless-steel tongs. And like the Chiller, even the Cube’s top can be turned into an ice bucket. While the Chiller costs around $260, the Cube is pegged at $480.

However, the piece de resistance has to be the limited edition Private Bar that is an imposing six-and-a-half-foot-tall tower of titanium, glass, and leather. It comes stocked with crystal glasses, an ice bucket, a water jug, and three Blue Label bottles. It’s equipped with motion sensors that pivot it 180 degrees, and with its interiors illuminated, the Private Bar is quite a visual treat. With a price tag of $156,000, it’s for the discerning Porsche patrons.
