The Dalmore Constellation Collection is launched at Heathrow

If you are thirsty for some royal Scottish whisky, then you need to flow your nose to London’s Heathrow International airport Terminal 5. That is because Whyte & Mackay has decidedly picked the World Duty Free Group’s outlets located at the terminal, yet again for launching its new high-end travel retail exclusive range, from The Dalmore. Named as the Constellation Collection, it consists of 21 whiskies created at The Dalmore’s highlands distillery between the years 1964 and 1992. The range is exclusive to WDFG with prices starting at £2,000 ($3,200) and can go as high as £20,000 ($32,000) for a bottle, with the entire set costing a staggering £158,000 ($255,600).

But there is a catch, and you can pick up these malts at the said price tag only in the first four weeks. Already up for grabs, the company will put up about 20,000 bottles in all, with 4,000 coming out each year.
