    Words that NASA doesn't want to hear for a long, long time… "Umm, we have a lost tool!" The reason behind this fear is that when astronaut Heidemarie Stefanyshyn-Piper was cleaning and lubing a joint on a wing of one of the station's solar panels, she let a tool drift away when it got out of her grasp.
