Costliest flat in Asia sold in Hong Kong
Well, Asia has its luxury standards and Hong Kong has just paved the path to a new trend of over priced residential dens across the area. The record was set when a flat on the 80th floor sold for 225,000,000 Hong Kong dollars. This is almost equivalent to $28.8 million. The flat is a 5,497 square foot wonder and is fully equipped with a swimming pool, a roof-top terrace and a view of Hong Kong's Victoria Harbour. The flat is located in the prestigious complex called The Arch. Well, I congratulate the buyer for the new purchase and wish him/her a happy stay that will bring him/her all the prosperity in the world.
This record has broken the earlier record that was set in November last year. This one was on Hong Kong Island. So we know where the most expensive houses in Asia are located.
