Escala will be Seattle's largest residential tower
Plush interiors, 25,000-square-foot private club with a gym and spa; bar and lounge; a theater; a wine cave with storage and other amenities. All this and more is what the residents of the Escala towers in Seattle will have at their disposal. The 30-story building with 270 condos located in Seattle's Midtown neighborhood will cost from $500,000 to $4 million per unit. As per reports in the Seattle Times real estate is at a boom in these locations and office space is much in demand.
