World’s first luxury residential project done up by Swarovski will come up in India

India is all set to get a shimmering crystal new building, this time in the city of Pune. City Corporation Ltd, Pune is joining hands with Swarovski to build the iconic Gateway Towers 1. With this association in place, this is being dubbed as the “world’s first luxury residential project marvelled by Swarovski”. The 150 meters tall structure boasting of 45 storeys will have homes with Swarovski with stunning light fixtures and interiors. Apart from that, the homes will come with fully digitized home (home automated solutions) mood lighting, automated curtains, shop-from-home features, automated air-conditioning, digital locking system, piped gas supply with leak detectors, power backup options, and broadband facility.

As for the construction, you can expect Italian marble floors with a decorative entrance door, aluminium sliding windows with mosquito mesh and safety grills branded chrome polished fittings, premium sanitary ware.
