2012 Porsche 911 Carrera Cabriolet launched at Detroit Auto Show

It looks like Porsche has kept up its promise of launching its swanky new 911 Carrera Cabriolet convertible by spring 2012. The Coupe was unveiled at the Detroit Auto Show recently and had some pretty spectacular specs on offer. Its USP is the unique top mechanism that is much like a snuff-fitting canvas and carries rigid panels like a folding hardtop accompanied by a fabric top. This ensures better security, noise control, and great looks.

The car has a 3.4 liter engine that delivers 350 horsepower of torque, a sprint of 62 miles per hour in 5.0 seconds and also a displacement bump of 3.8 liters that enables a 400HP shoot. The 911 Carrera Cabriolet sure is a hotshot with features and looks of that stature.
