BMW “Could” install the car theatre
At the Geneva motor show, BMW was wow-ing the audiences with its latest console on the dash. Still in the development stages (fearing copyrights and what-not), the new multimedia content delivery system streams video and music via cellular or Wi-Fi connections to a car's console. It can be viewed or downloaded for later viewing or listening from this system. With a PC link to the system via WiFi (when you are at home) or via cell phone (when you are on the road) you can transfer your video or audio files to it. The console boasts of a 20GB memory and can record radio content too. We don’t have much on the availability or whether this prototype will go into mass production.
