First 2009 Corvette ZR1 zoomed away for $1,000,000

2009_Corvette_ZR1_1.jpg The auto blogs are buzzing with the news of the 2009 Corvette ZR1 being auciotned off for a whopping amount of $1,000,000. And the lucky winner who is fortunate to warm the driver’s seat is none other then Dave Ressler. And this amount doesn’t include the auction fees. However the techie figures like the HP and torque are still unknown. The same guy has also bought the oldest available 1953 Corvette just a couple years ago at Barrett-Jackson for the exact same price.

All of the proceeds from the sale benefited The United Way, and everything over the $99,999 list price of the ZR1 will be tax deductible.
