Well as there are more immigrants day by day migrating to England the number of seats in a jails are also full. Hence to overcome that problem, localities have secret entities to give consign criminals to live. Hundreds of bail hostels are being covertly set up in residential areas across England and Wales to house criminals released early from overcrowded jails.
Well sounds like a good alternative to leaving but might affect the security of the localities in a long run.
