Patek Philippe's 'Ladies First Chronograph' is the 2009 TimeZone Ladies Watch of the Year
Women's day is the perfect time of the year to announce the hottest ladies watch for the year! And this time around it’s the Patek Philippe Ladies First Chronograph which takes the pie. The 2009 TimeZone Ladies Watch of the Year sports a rather unusual cushion-shaped case, the 35mm x 39mm rectangular case is made out of 18carat white gold.
The watch has a traditional column-wheel-controlled CH 29-535 PS caliber hand wound movement and patented improvements to make the watch truly reliable. The buttons on the side can be used to toggle with the chronograph functions and a fluted crown helps to hand-wind the movement.
