The watch maker has rolled out various dragon-themed timepieces to woo wealthy folks keen to mark this new year by investing in a new luxury watch. The latest to surface at a Piaget store in Hongkong is a special edition Year of the Dragon Piaget watch called "Exceptional Piece" worth $1.72 million.
