RJ Romain Jerome Liberty-DNA watch celebrates the 125th anniversary of Statue of Liberty

Watchmaker RJ Romain Jerome is celebrating the 125th Anniversary of the Statue of Liberty with a new watch, a collaborative endeavor of The Statue of Liberty-Ellis Island Foundation and Gold Leaf Corporation. The bronze bezel of the new RJ-Romain Jerome timepiece is adorned with 12 spikes reminiscent of the statue’s famous crown, which will acquire a delightful patina as it ages over time, giving it a color of the original, whose precious DNA is featured on the dial. The verdigris dial exudes with the color of oxidized copper that owes its color to Miss Liberty’s particle incorporated into it. The bronze-colored faceted hands and the brown alligator leather strap add a vintage charm to the timepiece.
