Paris Hilton can get to any extent to be a focus for gossip columns; not sensibly but by doing bizarre things. There’s no doubt that Paris Hilton loves all her pets. Nevertheless, she went a little too far when she bought the plot next to screen legend Marilyn Monroe’s grave to bury her dead goat ‘, Billy Hilton’. When the hotel heiress booked the plot in Hollywood’s Pierce Bros Westwood Village Memorial Park for a ‘Billy Hilton’, everyone assumed that it was for a deceased uncle (but knowing her, she wouldn’t do something so reasonable). The 25-year-old has allegedly booked a gospel choir to perform at a private funeral at Los Angeles’ International Church of Christ. Everybody was very understanding because they presumed it was one of her relatives. But it has transpired that it’s just an old goat.
Normal people are content to bury their pets in the garden and be done with it. But in Paris….? This is one of the most prestigious cemeteries in the world, and it’s definitely not meant for animals. Rather it should be reserved for superstars. Hollywood legends Truman Capote, Dean Martin, and Jack Lemmon are also buried in the cemetery. The animal-loving hotel heiress has many pets including two chihuahuas, a ferret, a monkey (that has bitten her recently), and a goat called Billy.
