Zillion Dollar Frittata at Le Parker Meridien Hotel I NYC

Breakfast is believed to be the best meal of the day since the mere fulfillment or discontent derived at the table could make or mar your day. Although it sounds perfectly superstitious, there is a scientific rationale attached to it, which adds to the proverb’s popularity. The Zillion Dollar Lobster Frittata at Le Parker Meridien Hotel I New York City is all here to envisage the aforementioned ideal. The breakfast dish rolls in six eggs, the tail of a roasted Maine Lobster, 10 ounces of Sevruga caviar, all priced for $1,000. The caviar used in the Zillion Dollar Frittata supposedly comes from the Caspian Sea sturgeon and retails for $80-$170 an ounce.

But the Le Parker General Manager claims that the omelet is no publicity stunt and that it is an ‘everyday fare’ and not an extravagant affair. The $1,000 breakfast may be heavy on the stomach and pockets of most people, but then again that is verily not the stratum of society that the Parker Meridian is targeting at.
