The first Swarovski-studded Bombay Sapphire gin bottle sells for $4,300

What a way to set the cash registers ringing! The Bacardi Global Travel Retail and F1RST Tax & Duty-Free from the Nuance Group are the first to sell a Swarovski-studded Bombay Sapphire gin bottle as far as travel retail is concerned. Limited to just four bottles, the new owner is an Australian traveler who picked it up at the Melbourne International Airport “over the festive period” for A$3,999 ($4,300). And unlike the other Swarovski encrusted Bombay Sapphire bottles, this one is the grandest of them all. The Bombay Sapphire gin-inspired Voyage comes in a 4.5mm long Swarovski bottle encrusted with 15,000 Austrian Swarovski crystals.

Created by Yves Behar, the bottle features four different sizes and shades of Aquamarine, Jet, Crystal, and Light Colorado Topaz. Now that is something we can make a toast to!
