Cartier Grand Complication Skeleton pocket watch shines in white gold

In the recent past, the unveiling of a Cartier “grande complication” has been an annual ritual at the SIHH show in Geneva. Extending this courtesy in 2012, Cartier plans to introduce another stunning pocket watch that borrows its inspiration from the 1930s. It’s a grande complication, alright, featuring a tourbillon, perpetual calendar, and monopusher chronograph. In white gold brilliance, the Cartier is adorned with skeletonized Roman numerals and a mechanical hand-wind Calibre 9436 MC. For all those yearnings for this watch already, this is a Limited 10 pieces Edition with additional 5 diamond-set pieces to add some more shimmering elegance to the timepieces.

The watch comes with a beautiful obsidian and rock crystal stand, along with a white gold chain and fob. This one is undeniably à la mode.
