Louis Vuitton contributes Tambour Diver Chronograph for Only Watch 2011

The Only Watch 2011 charity event to be held in Switzerland is gaining momentum and fashion brands are lining up their unique entries. While we have seen several interesting pieces, new ones sprout surprising us with their designs and cause. The latest to jump the bandwagon is fashion house Louis Vuitton. The brand is contributing a Tambour Diver Chronograph. While proceeds of the event go toward research for the debilitating disease known as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, Louis Vuitton has specially designed the watch with a particular victim in mind, a boy named Paul Pettavino. The watch is made using black gold and has orange-colored dial details, rotative bezel markings and a thick rubber bracelet. It has a transparent back which shows off the LJP 8181 movement. It is fully water resistant and packaged in a mini Damier Graphite canvas trunk.
